****$ 5.00 minimum applies for up to 10 pounds (about 4.5 kilograms) of mail or packages per pick up. $ 10.00 fee applies for up to 100 pounds (about 45 kilograms) of mail or packages picked up.
*****Bank Deposit Service (Lock Box) fee is based on each visit to bank with a branch near our office for up to five (5) checks. The fee is higher for additional items and/or if the bank branch is more than 1 mile (about 1.6 kilometers) from our office. While we are unable to sign the any cheque, we can endorse cheques with you name printed and account number as directed. We are not a bank, and as such, we do not offer any banking services that are reserved for banks or other regulated financial institutions.

The United States Postal Service requires that this form be completed and notarized before we can forward your mail.
*Up to 27 letters (parcels excluded) will be forwarded to you via the postal service (postage and handling fees included).
Subscription ends after one year or once 27 letters are received, which ever occurs first. If a letter is more than two ounces (about 57 grams) it will be charged as an extra letter for each extra two ounces of weight.
On an exceptional basis, parceles can be forwarded or collected at additional cost with a minimum handling charge of $ 20.

An initial bank deposit of at least $ 100 is required.
All bank fees, including monthly and transaction service charges are additional, and will be charged directly by the bank.
Our Bank Account Service fee assumes that the bank account applicant already has all required documentation, such as a social security number or tax payer ID. An additional fee applies if we assist you in obtaining documentation required by the bank to open the account.  Due to stringent post 9/11 bank and security laws and regulations, with few exceptions, you will be required to visit a US bank branch before your account is opened. Bank branch locations are in most major US cities.

Calls forwarded rates within USA, Canada and select Europen Countries (except mobile phones) are $ 0.10 to $0.30 per minute. Most other locations between $0.50 to $ 3.00 per minute. Rates higher for customer controled "variable" call forwarding.    The first 100 minutes monthly to most North American and select European Landline numbers are included.
Some select International "premium numbers" are charged at the mobile number rate.

Your website will show your company name, address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address, as well as other information you provide. You can chose from one of our templates, or we can provide advanced web design for $100 per hour.
Any misuse of your website, such as illegal activity and/or internet "spam" will cause immediate termination of your website and e-mail services.
*Pay for ten months in advance, receive the TWO months free (Suite Address, Xpress Mail, Telephone, Fax, and Internet services).
*Area Code 212, Gold Numbers, and International numbers available for an additional set up and/or monthly charge.

*We accept American Express, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.

Payment Policies:
  1. All services must be paid for upon receipt of all invoices. To establish service, a deposit may be required
  2. Checks accepted if payable in US dollars drawn off a US bank.
  3. Check payments must be made by bank or company check. Bank check required for over $750.00.
  4. A $50.00 service charge will apply for checks that are not honored.
  5. Payment not made in US Dollars will be converted to US Dollars at our bank's conversion rate.
  6. Funds wire (urgent) transferred into our account will be credited for the net amount credited to our bank. Fees usually vary from no charge to $50.00 per transfer. The wire transfer fee is usually less if the transfer is in US dollars.
